Yes mate, reached the lowest point imaginable fairly recently. Didn't think I would still be here now tbh. But I am. If this is for yourself, drop me a WHOmail.

I saw a Harley Street shrink for a few months about 6/7 years ago and loved it.

Great surrounding yourself with friends, but ultimately you can't tell them things that you can tell a stranger, as your mates and parents don't exactly want to hear you saying that you don't want to be here and always try to tell you you're wrong anyway, when you know your own mind.

Re: Depression
Mine comes and goes. The anxiety I now have is a real kicker. I wake up randomly at three am. No idea why.

I take baths, don’t drink or eat late and drink herbal tea. Still there I am awake at three am.

When I get a really bad episode I stay in bed all day and eat pizza. I find I need one in every 6 weekends not to do anything and to sit and read.

I’ll say that regular exercise and reading books has really helped me plus an understanding that it’s ok to feel down, sad and anxious sometimes and that there’s nothing wrong with me.

8 - You drink peppermint tea? I find that really helps.

Have you tried meditation at all?

Re: Depression
Peppermint or Camomile tea.
I can’t get into mediation but I do pray every day and go to church most Sunday’s. That seems to calm me down.

That's good, it took me a good while to get into it, as I always got really agitated and couldn't focus mind.
